Looking for someone who can 3d print and paint a family from a photo

Though it might not work well from a single photo. Usually they'd capture things from many different angles to be able to create a 3d print of it (and they might use more than just normal photos usually). So they might not be able to get it to be full 3d from a single photo of all people.

Maybe some sort of "relief" 3d art/print could be created (where it wasn't full 3d but raised compared to the background) could be created from it.

There's software called "smoothie 3d" that seems to be able to create 3d from a side view image if the subject is symmetrical but I assume it wouldn't be a side view in your single photo.
