I can't verify my seller account phone number

Hi, i am saravanan from India. 

I create seller account in fiverr, and i create a new my first gig but before publish the gig fiverr ask phone number verification, problems start with that point, when i try to verify my phone number i will get this error [ Oops... you have not entered 4 digits. Please check your input and try again] i try daily but last 3 days but still now i can't unable to very phone number. Please find the screen shot also. Please help me how to solve this problem.

Delete app data and try again. If the problem is not fixed, you can try using another device.
