What to do if client has given you an order & gives you either no response or response after too many hours. Doesn't answers your questions.

My contract with client was for 2 designs but in the requirements, he has submitted the information of 6 designs and there is also a lack of client response. What is the best way to resolve this issue

I think you should have to make 6 designs and  if it's your first order then you should definitely.
It will make a good impression on client
