Fiverr vs Fiverr Pro??

So my question to you guys is

Is Fiverr and Fiverr pro same thing?
Can we use different mail on Fiverr and Fiverr Pro?

and can someone explain what should i do next?

You should be able to use the same email for Fiverr and FIverr Pro, however you can not make multiple accounts. Your Fiverr account and Pro account will be the same

The screenshot you have attached is the sign up process as "Buyer". If you would like to upgrade your seller profile to Pro, you can visit: https://www.fiverr.com/pro/about and scroll down until you see 'Apply to Pro'.
