My brother account disabled

Hey, i hope you guys are well. Recently my brothers account is disabled by fiverr and they just said terms and conditions voilated but he was not so active because he was not getting orders as i mailed them on support email i dont know the reason, is it because we are using same wifi because in fiverr terms and condition we can use 2 accounts but need to add different payment method and using different system and we can not sell same services

Why did you mail them? Why didn't your brother do it? This way, it looks as if you had two accounts (and pretended that the second account belonged to your brother), and one of them got disabled because you're not allowed to have more than one account.

Well because we both trying to find out the answer. First in his email was wriiten no need to contact to customer support. And we are brothers leaving in a joint family. Thats why

Same Wi-Fi and same category can be a problem. Also makes sure to put payment method different.
