"Metadata is Missing" help!!!!!!!

Hello! Voiceover artist here new to fiverr! I am creating my seller page and for some reason I keep receiving the "metadata is missing" prompt every time I attempt to submit the first page of my overview. Every thing is filled in! I have checked 5000 times and every thing is entered! Is this bug common?
