Yes, Sellers can initiate a video call. You will see the video camera icon at the bottom of the chatbox. Click the video icon to start the chat. The Zoom Video Call invitation will appear in your messages.

Many times things are such that the client needs a video call to get the job done. In that case, what should I do? Is it possible to use Google Meet for work purposes?
