I’ve kept to my deadlines, responded in a timely fashion, but with just 3 negative reviews, I’ve been stuck at the same rank for months now. What to do? Are there mystery points for other activities? I’ve had my negative reviews for a year now, none has disappeared. I think that if you get only 5’s in the future, you will gradually, slowly, up your rating but it is really difficult, especially now when they’ve introduced the new system. Many buyers leave a 4 or even a 4.5 and write “Awesome”, or “wonderful” - yet no explanation to why not leaving a 5 if the service was aweomse.
