Message can no longer be replied to

Does any one have the problem where someone messages you for your services, then as you view it and go to reply, it says this person cannot be messaged, or messages have been turned off?

Depends on the message.

Either they've blocked you, or (more likely, due to scam attempts) they were banned.

It's usually just people with letters for names and they say something like "I need your services for" then a list of things I don't even offer. I go to reply, and it says " these messages have been turned off." this is spam? or rather robots should I say?

Most likely, yes, spam and scams.

I often get that after scammers contact me especially when they add Instagram in their text. At first, I was blocking them and reporting. Now? I think Fiverr beat me to it. I have fewer scammers these days.
