Feature top clients on profile

Actually, I got the top client feature today. the problem is that I typed the names of the clients But don't match any client names.
I wanted to add clients I have worked with before
But typing their name doesn't match
If the client adds, it looks professional in my account, but what else to do now?

Can I add a client later if I don't do it now?
