Promoted gigs not good for me!

Hello gys, i do the promoted gigs and i have very low impression and very low spend per month ( 4$ only ) how can get more impression and more spend like 5$ per day,

For information, there is no balance available for payment the promoted gig . Does this affect the daily spending process?
