what are the criteria to get the portfolio section to show seller profile?

I'm a level 2 seller but still I don't get the portfolio section in my profile. I saw many new sellers and level 1 sellers have got portfolio section in their profile.
so please share with me. what are the criteria to get the portfolio section or how i will get it?

Last 1/2 years I also used Auto Refresh but recently I haven't used it because.  I think Fiverr changed something.

Fiverr manually picked seller to show portfolio on seller account. Try to get order and complete with 5stars. I have followed and get the result.
