Account temporarily suspended due to suspicious activity

Fiverr temporarily suspended my account due to what was claimed as suspicious activity as in someone else trying to hack my account. I never asked for it but now they asking me to tell my security question answer. And I really don't remember it. They keep sending the same mail again and again through I told them so many times that I don't remember. Now what to do? Can anyone help is there no other way to verify and gain back access??
