No Order Receiving|| No Portfolio option

Hi, I've been working on Fiverr as a Shopify and SEO expert and I'm just 1 order away from Level 2 seller. But it has been 4 months that I'd not be able to get any order.
I have active option of Promoted gigs and it's working and Fiverr shows that I've almost 10 clicks in a month but I'd not be able to recieve any order yet or any inbox.
Also people do have a Portfolio option but I don't have that, please help me in that.
