promoted gig charged even though it is not active

the promoted gigs are active in the backend but none of them show up active on the pages,however fiverr is charging me for clicks that are not real since the ads are not running on any page,does anyone get this bug?

UPDATE:

It seems to be a problem of  device,commonly caches (although they are cleared by all browsers)but I will update again to final solution.

As you can see for some keywords running normal,for some others is not,
