How to send transparent formats

Can you please help me in answering a simple question. How to send transparent formats e.g, logo. I am new so I have a worry about sending transparent images to the buyer...................

Please guide how to make a pdf that contains transparent image. I am a Canva user. I did send a transparent PNG image to my client but his printing company is demanding the pdf format.

I heard of pdfescape but I am unable to find watermark option. Moreover please guide on retaining the quality of image. I am new so have some confusions
