No, reviews can't be changed unless customer support feels there was any kind of abuse of the Fiverr rules. But the chances of that happening are very low. 

What happened though? The seller promised results later on, weeks after delivery and that didn't happen?

it's SEO thing delivery should be DR 60+ now it's 50+ and even worse !

guess i'll double rethink when i order SEO services here
