I have one question.... I am English and urdu translator... I have an account on fiver since last 60 days... And from the start I am not getting serious buyer...I am not getting a single order. I want to get orders.....

As you have mentioned you have an account since 60 days which is 2 months, fiverr is a place where the key is patience. What you can do is SEO optimization in your gig and try to bring a client from outside of fiverr if u can because when you get your first order, fiverr automatically increases your gig impression rate.
