Hello 🙂 I hope you have a good day! I have a question... A month ago I lost the ability to use SELLER PLUS PREMIUM which I was using but only the STANDARD plan is available to me! What are the possible reasons why I lost the ability to use PREMIUM?? Also, will it be possible to return the ability to use PREMIUM and what do I need to do for this? 🙂 I will be very grateful for the answer and recommendations! Thanks

I understand your concern.

Have you asked your Manager why that happened? We here on the Forum can only speculate. Your manager will provide an honest answer and offer suggestions on how to fix it.
