Not getting's reviews after completing order

I am nearly to promote beginner level to level 1 seller. I didn't get reviews from my clients although they are ready to give their comments. This has happened to nearly 5 orders. Customers are telling me they have sent their reviews. Because of that, my completed orders are also still pending. Has anyone had the same experience like this? Please help.
