issues Promoted Gigs was stopped without issue!!!

Hey Buddy, I have an issue with my gig first thing i am level 2 seller and my rating was 100% and the promoted gig was stopped without any issue !! second thing my gigs ranked was down I'm available at least 10hrs per day for fiverr !! how can i reset my gig ranks and fix the promoted gigs !! the old system for fiverr ranked and availability was better than the new updates !!

Again the proof that staying online does not help you at all.

Same thing happened in one of my gig then I updated my gig contents, now much better than before.

But please Contact Support Center to find out why they stopped your gig promotions. They can explain it to you in better way.
