ID VERIFICATION ISSUE

Hi, I got notification to verify my ID. I took the picture of my ID card and selfie as they said... it's been 3 days I didn't get verified
When I click the "verify now" now button the page loads that says "Photos sent successfully we'll review your photos and let you know if we need something else"

I have contacted the customer support they are saying I haven't verified my ID verification...but when I try to verify it says I have sent photos and they are reviewing the photos.

Can anyone help me? what should I do?

I'm new at fiverr. While trying to upload a new gig, the last step says to verify my id. Which gives me a qr code and when i scan it on my phone, a page appears which says 'photos sent successfully'. We'll review your photos and let you know if we need something else.

I didn't take any picture of id or anything so why does it says this? and how to solve this problem?

Hey There. I have been trying to upload gigs but it always says to verify. I verified again again again but nothing happens. I deleted the previous account but experiencing the same problem with this current account. I would pleased if someone could help me resolve my issue
