It is okay for the buyers to complete their orders without giving you reviews.

If a buyer give a positive review with 5 star. Then your gig ranking go ahead for buyer review. 

If the buyer don’t give review then your gig don't get ranking.

I disagree with that. If your statement here is true, my gigs vanish from Fiverr search which is not the case.

That is false  because around half my orders don't receive reviews. And that's fine. Also, just because you don't receive a public review, that doesn't mean you are not receiving a private review. The buyer might answer to the Fiverr questionary at the end of the oder and taht private review can have a huge impact. 

Honestly, I am not forcing people to leave a review. If they want great. If not, I get it. I don't like disturbing people anyway, and doing taht might lead to frustrating them and a bad review.
