I have this message on the top bar of every page. (I bought a logo service yesterday) The link at the top of the page is not clickable & there is no account credit. How do I take advantage of this?

There should have been some “fine print” somewhere that tells you you’ll see a credit, $5 for every $5 you spent, show up in your account 2 weeks after your purchase(s). This is the first time I’ve seen Fiverr work a promotion in this manner, so that’s the best I can tell you. I don’t see the offer, so perhaps it’s a limited promotion. But what I explained is how previous promotions on Fiverr were handled, and is probably how this one works, also. If you’d like the answer directly from Fiverr, you can contact customer support and file a report with your question (support & most admin. do not visit the forums).
