Account Active in App but Displaying as Unapproved on Web

I created an account on Fiverr and received an email from Fiverr stating that my profile wasn't approved. However, I noticed that after adding my Gig, it's active on the Fiverr app, and I'm receiving impressions and clicks. Strangely, on the web, I'm unable to see any options for editing, and I'm getting the message: "This page is available only to approved Fiverr sellers."

Is there a way to resolve this issue or seek further clarification?
