If so, and you can’t figure out what’s stopping it from being activated by Fiverr, then you can try contacting customer support (<—these words are a hyperlink to CS) - look for the link in the upper right corner to file a report explaining your dilemma. If it’s the first time you’ve filed a report with CS, you’ll need to open an account (this allows you to still be able to contact CS if ever your main Fiverr account gets hijacked by a scammer…attempts are made on our accounts all the time)Generally, I suggest to newcomers to use the forum search in the upper right corner, because 99% of the time your questions have been asked and answered numerous times.Good luck, and enjoy your time on Fiverr~ Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
