New Seller question

Hello! Someone is asking me if I would do work for them and offer more than my packages. I just included the questionable parts:

"No experience needed (We trained) and the training is paid. The position is work from home (Remotely) and everything will be Virtual.
The job duration is 6months or less and 1-4 hours per day. Pay is up to $30 per hour (Your Resume will determine that).

Im new to Fiverr and i dont know if this is legit or even acceptable? What do i do about this? How do i politely respond? What questions to ask etc.
