fiverr news seller eligibility

i got an email from fiverr  that "we can not approved your seller account " . I have completed my profile 95% but its not approved and now how can i fix this problem. help please..

yes but it show that , its  become a buyer account . is there any option to fix it become a seller? if its not possible, then what should i do ?

Click "switch to selling" by your photo in the upper right hand corner.

yes ,i am trying to switch seelling but it gose thise page ,and when i am trying to go to my gig from 'my business' , then this also show the previous photo that i attached.so what dose it mean actually.

There is nothing you can do about this. I had same problem last week and fiverr told me it's not solvable. So i would suggest you open a fresh account and leave it for weeks for putting your first gig on it.
