First, get too much excited. after the excitement try to understand the buyer's requirements and also take full requirements from the buyer. if there is any doubt ask the buyer for clarification. then take some time to think about the project. make a new folder in the buyer's name so that I can put all of my work in that folder. and then start working.

I message the client to thank them for their order then let them know that I'll immediately review the requirements and let them know if I have any questions.

Review their instructions and any files they sent. Then, I click my auto 'thanks for the order' message and add anything (questions, specific information, etc.) to it. Then, I put the job on my schedule and carry on working.

I simply see the requirements again. If anything missing I ask them again then as soon as possible start working on the project

I smile and thank God. Secondly, I send the "thank you message". Furthermore, I check all the instructions, files, attachments as discussed inbox. Lastly, I add it to my order list and start.

Do the Samba dance first😁 then try to figure out client requirements. Then analysis them and try to convince client to get the job.

I usualy do not get orders out of the blue. First we are talking about the projects, price and time. So i already know %90 of what i need to know. Its on me from this moment forward.

Depending how big the project is, i might light another one.
