I can't save my package updates

So ok. I have to add options it seems. Packages at various price levels. I got this all set up and am repeatedly hitting save and it won't save so I go back and see if Im missing anything. Did I forget to put in how many revisions I can do? etc. So I fixed a few missing things but now its complete and won't let me save my updates.
