Should Fiverr add a new feature for denial of service?

I hear many stories of sellers on fiverr being blackmailed by their buyers, or their buyers not completely reading the gig requirements and ordering anyways. I myself had a horrible experience with a buyer who wanted me to basically pay 2 bucks out of my own pocket to buy and review HIS trash app. He didnt read the gig requirements or respond to my messages and ordered anyways. He kept ordering more and more gigs and cancelled them and wrote bad reviews to intentionally drop my ratings. If fiverr were to add a denial of service feature, or a way for the seller to refuse to deal with buyers who just wish to balckmail, it would be so much better and it would keep honest hardworking sellers from being blackmailed or having ther ratings dropped.

Forced cancellation is my suggestion. I wish, if there is none yet, that there

is a feature called “buyer reputation”.
