Approve delivery error

When client proceed to approve  delivery, he encounters an error message "Something went wrong.. please try again later".. how he can solve it and successfully approve  delivery?

It does suggest "please try again later" so it might just work later. Maybe he could just re-load the page with a server side refresh (with ctrl F5) and then re-try.

If he's not using Chrome he could try using it before re-trying. And if he still can't approve it he could contact support at the help desk about it.
