I want to shift my Fiverr account from Chrome browser to another browser will it harm my account? Please suggest me.

No, it won't affect because your device (ie your laptop) and IP address would remain same. 

Just for the sake of precaution, you can log out from Chrome and clear all cookies and browser history, before doing login on a different browser.

Just an edit:- Even if someone is accessing their Fiverr account on different IP, there will be no problem. You are allowed to log into your Fiverr account on as many different devices and locations as you want.

It is not allowed to run multiple Fiverr accounts on one device, but one account is allowed to run on multiple devices.
