Why my gig image crop when i upload?

I create a gig image with size 1280*769 on canva. But when i upload it on my gig it not look completed. It's in a crop way let and right. So tell me how i can solve this issue.

Place content with an inch of space around the gig.

find the actual image size from updated Fiverr image size

Create a new image and Uploaded or resize image

You need to give space around the image. and make the content on the middle. then when you upload image then your content will not crop.

used fiverr recommended image size is 1280x 769 px.
