Hello everyone,
 recently im facing a problem with my

. My average response rate is 1 hour. i don't get that much new buyer messages, but when I get i try to reply so fast.
 but recently i have noticed that without getting any new buyer messages my response rate is decreasing day by day.

 Every 2/3 days my response is decreasing 1 %

. i lost my level Two for this response rate issue. 
i checked my spam messages. there is no such message in the spam folder. even i do not have any unread messages.
