Identity Verification Issue

Hi, I am a seller on Fiverr for about more than 3 years. I got a mail yesterday to verify the identity with an ID proof and selfie. I tried uploading the photo ID thrice (Driving license as well as PAN card) however it got rejected with the reason that "due to the quality of your photo". As usual the characters in PAN card as well as Driving license are slightly blur so this may have created an issue. Now the issue is that the account is restricted and I am worried that the recurring clients may not be able to send messages and will spoil the image.

I want help from the Indian sellers if they have faced similar problem and is there a particular ID that works. I can upload the passport as well. 

Also I am GST registered and the GST number is added on Fiverr profile. TCS is deducted every month and it is claimed as well hence there should not be any identity issues as such. 

I have raised a ticked with customer service as well. Normally they revert within few hours, haven't got a revert more then a day this time.
