List of Prohibited Conversation words during Client

Hello Members,

Allow me to introduce myself; I am Muhammad Hanif Butt, a Chartered Accountant from Pakistan. I want to illustrate my query with an example: the term "Payable." This particular word has been identified as prohibited. "Payable" is a concept intrinsic to accounting, specifically within a Balance Sheet, where it is often synonymous with the term "creditor." However, it has come to my attention that many clients may not be familiar with this terminology. Consequently, numerous freelancers resort to using the word "Payable," albeit it is banned.

I trust this message finds you well. I am writing to seek clarification on the restricted vocabulary that is prohibited for use during client interactions on this platform. Could you kindly guide me on the specific terms and phrases deemed unacceptable for client communication? I would greatly appreciate it if someone could furnish me with a comprehensive list of these restricted words.

I am keen to adhere to the platform's guidelines and uphold high professionalism in client interactions. Therefore, I kindly request your guidance on the appropriate alternative terminology or approach to convey the same meaning effectively while remaining compliant with platform policies.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. Your assistance in clarifying these guidelines will be invaluable in ensuring a smooth and compliant user experience.

Best regards

Muhammad Hanif Butt
