I passed a test, but its showing as fail?

I retook a test because I failed it the first time, the second time I passed with an 80%. After clicking on "continue with no feedback" on the final page, it closed the window and the test didn't show on my profile. When I searched it, it says I spent 0 minutes on the test with a 0/10. I contacted fiverr support, but has this ever happened to anyone else? Does contacting fiverr usually resolve the issue?
