Some seller told me, if I give all the Fiverr skill test, and achieve 10/10 top score, It will boost my account and rank?

Is it really true?

This is not true.
There is no connection between your account boost or rank with the skill test. but Skill tests can only help to gain buyer trust who visit your profile.
