I have 2 identical gigs but both of them have different pricing and offers, they also have the same thumbnail, have same keywords tags in them as well, is it going to be ok as well? is it ok?

If there are two different categories then you need to change the thumbnail and keywords.

that help you to grow your impression and clicks, and it makes you professional.

The TOS at https://www.fiverr.com/terms_of_service

says:

• ...
• Intentional copies of Gigs

 

They don't say there whether or not they mean copying other people's gigs but since they don't, and they could also mean duplicates of your own gigs it would be safest not to create duplicates of them.

same category, same service, but wanted to provide 6 pricing, that's why created 2 gigs the same

you can make similar gigs but it is not a good idea
