My seller account was not approved

At first I apply for seller account.then I publish gig. After 2-3 hours later they send an mail that...Everything is in order

When they asked me-Are you U.S person? Then I selected (No).because I am not US person. So why I fill the form

The problem is when you creating account from same device on which one account was already banned then the new account must be not approved. These days fiverr don't appove most of account. This is how fiverr algorithm works
