Getting low impressions with promoted gigs and without promoted gigs?

Hi there,

First of all thanks for reading my post.

The issue I am getting is I am getting very low impressions on my all gigs, I tried to change keywords, titles, descriptions, and prices, and used a lot of techniques available on the internet but still, my Fiverr account or gigs looks dumb, with no impressions no orders. Is there anyone who can help?

It's happening because you received one 2.3* review 1 month ago and that buyer was not satisfied with your services as well as communication skills. Also, you might have received a negative private review. So, because of these reviews, your gig has been pushed back in the search results or temporarily removed from the search results. Other sellers of your same niche might be performing better than you. Your BSR and Performance Scores are dropped. It will take sometime mostly 3-6 months to get recovered from those reviews.

You have 5 years of experience as per your profile description, then why am I unable to see some of your previous work via gig gallery? So it would be better if you add your previous work so that buyers have an idea about your services and it might help you in increase impressions/clicks. You only have focused on keywords, descriptions etc., but have you ever focused/checked your gig gallery or thought of improving it?

Improve your Communications Skills as well.

Thanks for your help, but what about promoted gigs? I'll definitely pay for it if someone clicks. So why I am getting low impressions there? Is that because of to negative reviews too?

You can see impressions of a month in image just 7 impressions. Is it not weird?

Already answered that your gig is not performing well because of those reviews. It's not weird because of your poor gig gallery. It makes sense!

Thanks for your help, The negative review is not on the gig I mentioned above and I completed 5 orders last month in the above gig. Even there is not a single negative review in that gig.
