Gig Shadowbanned.

I currently have 25 completed orders and 3 canceled ones. All my Gug recently got shadowbanned meaning they are active but impossible to find in search. How long does it take for this to go back to normal? Thank you very much!

Your question has already answer i.e. 3 cancelled orders. This is the reason that your gigs have been temporarily removed from search results. I can see that you have received 4.7* reviews 3 months ago. Looks like that your unavailability even for 1 day mattered a lot to that buyer. There is also a possibility that he has left you a negative private feedback. Because of that private feedback and 3 cancelled orders, your Buyer Satisfaction Rate (BSR) and Performance scores have been dropped. Your gigs are under-effect of these things and it will take 3-6 months to get recovered.

So you are recommended to improve your services so that in the future, no order cancellation occurs and make your buyers happy via your quality services.
