Salaam brother, I need a PDF document converted from PDF to Word and then change all company names within the document from Corderoy International to my company name. Find attached the document which I need to convert and then edit with the names. And change the front cover picture to my company logo.

There's this reason from the Terms of Service at https://www.fiverr.com/terms_of_service

If it's another company's .PDF that was all written for that other company and someone just edits and and changes it to their company and it's done without the permission of the first company or other rights holder then it would be copyright infringement.
