I can only use seller mode,

I can only use seller mode, Buying mode is not working. Can't communicate with anyone outside of seller mode. Seller mode is on automatic even though I switch to Buyers mode. Any ideas?Anyone know why this is happening?

If you still can't active Buyers mode on your profile, I think please contact Fiverr Support and hope to get a solution.
