Buyer ordered a basic quality package. Then he want more but its not possible in basic package! Then buyer asked me for refund and repeatedly threatens to give me the 1st review!

Question

I sent a buyer in basic package very good quality.
.
Then the buyer asked me for high quality in basic package, but it is not possible in basic package!

Then, I offered to give him high quality in basic package for great satisfaction but he ignored me and asked me for refund and repeatedly threatens to give me the 1st review!

I have worked very hard for this project. It is very sad and disappointing for me!

I can't understand that, what should i do.

Please, help me and solve this problem.

The best thing to do in these situations is that you should always accept the cancellation and refund the money to the buyer before starting the work (if you have any kind of disagreement). I can understand the desire to earn money, but it is better to not earn anything at all from one order than to put yourself in risky situations, which may later affect your stats and you can lose your ranking for more than 1 month (or longer period).

Trust me, those $5 or 10 are definitely not worth it to put your business at risk.

Now coming to my advice in this situation:- If it's a $5 or $10 order, I personally would recommend accepting the cancellation because it's better to lose some money than losing profile reputation, rankings and dealing with such mental pressure. Although if you've already made a delivery, the buyer can still leave a public review (as well as a private one) for you, even if you cancel the order and the way the buyer is threatening you, it doesn't seem like he is an understanding and a positive person, so it is a kinda risky that he will leave a negative review for you even after the cancellation anyway---- but at least there are SOME chances that the buyer may NOT try to hurt your profile after getting the refund.

Yes, buyers can still leave reviews if an order is canceled (and if a delivery was submitted). And in the reviews section, there will also be a tag called 'Cancelled Order'. Now, who knows what is cooking in your buyer's mind and what he will do after the order is closed.

You should have canceled the order when the buyer did not agree with your price. But not much can be done now. Take this as a learning and move on with the hope that the buyer doesn't leave a negative review!
