Why can't I contact my buyer after a mutual agreement?

My buyer submitted gigs, but he didn’t include any file, so I asked him for a mutual agreement, before I would get problems with delivering something which I don’t have. Now he said that he couldn’t order multiple gigs at once, so that’s why he had problems. I just became a level 2 seller and I could add a lot of additional gigs now to make it possible to order my gig multiple times at once, but now I can’t contact him anymore to say to him that I changed it, because Fiverr for some reason makes it really hard to contact a buyer after this. Is there anyone in which I can contact him now?
