Milestones: What happens if I deliver one milestone late and another on time?

I have a question about the milestones orders.

Let's say I am doing 3 milestones:

- The first milestone I deliver late.
- The second and the third milestone I deliver on time.

How does this affect the statistics, does the last milestone count for the statistics of completed on time, or an average of the 3, or just by delivering a part of the order late, the whole order will be late?
