Clients doesn't know how to approved order

I worked with one client who didn't know how to accept the order. My job is to show her, how to operate his business and maintain her website through Fiverr Zoom. Is this wrong if I show her how to accept and feedback to a seller?

Connecting on a Fiverr Zoom call, and explaining the process of how to accept delivery & provide feedback is all fine, unless you ask/hint him/her to provide you a specific rating or a specific feedback. As you might know already, all the Fiverr Zoom calls are recorded.
