Inbox Response Rate Dropped

Hello everyone,

I've been a casual seller on Fiverr since last year, and haven't had any problems. However, when I logged on today, I noticed that my "Inbox Response Rate" had dropped from 100% to 67%. 

I have access to the mobile app at all times, so I'm always informed via push notification or email when somebody sends me something. A 33% drop is pretty steep, especially considering that I have no messages that haven't been responded to. Everything is marked as read and anything that's spam automatically gets flagged as such, or by me manually as soon as possible. 

What makes this even worse is that I've been going through a cold spell, and the most recent messages I've gotten in the past month were from a few days ago, which I've responded to. There's absolutely zero indicator on my end of something being missed, so I'd like some sort of clarity on what might be going on.

Hello too

Check your Spam folder. There might be spam messages which you have not responded to? Respond to those messages and then mark them spam again if they are really spam messages.
